Services
Cancellations:
General Services Cancellations: (NON-NBR)
We, at Salon Eden, realize that at the times an appointment cannot be kept. With that in mind, we kindly request that a 48-hour notice be given if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any unnecessary charges. Should you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
NBR Cancellations:
Any cancellation or changes to your appointment must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule your appointment before 72 hours will incur in a charge of $250 for cancellation fee. It remains the responsibility of the client to keep up with appointment date and times.
Salon Eden does send out appointment reminders via text and email. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that Salon Eden has updated contact information to aid in appointment reminder. As with all appointments booked here at Salon Eden a Credit Card must remain on file to secure your appointment time and all future appointments.
Refunds:
We have a no refund policy on services completed at Salon Eden. If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your service, we ask that you notify us within 14 days from the completion of your services or your appointment date (whichever is first). Management will then determine the next form of action in meeting your needs to make any corrections.
Our Service Guarantee:
Our service guarantee does not apply if the guest decides to completely change the original look even from their last visit within the two weeks or made any corrections at home or at another salon.
Payment Methods:
Salon Eden requires cash or credit card as payment on the day of service. Salon Eden requires all initial deposits for new installs to be done through “CashApp” using user tag $SalonEden. Salon Eden will protect your privacy rights as a consumer and keep all information strictly confidential.
Gratuity General Services (non-NBR):
As of March 2021, Salon Eden has instated a New Gratuity Policy that requires a minimum 20% gratuity on any and all hair services that exceed $200.00 or more.
Gratuity NBR Extensions:
Total price for all NBR visits, to include new installs and move ups, does not include gratuity. Required minimum amount of gratuity is 20% or 25% of the total cost. Gratuity is required day of service.
Media
During your visit and transformation we may or may not take photos of the services we provide. This may also include video, as a client you authorize the use of your person, image, video etc for the use of marketing by Salon Eden. If you desire to not allow Salon Eden to use images please advise your stylist at time of appointment. Salon Eden is idemnifieid from any royalty payments for any earnings gained by using your image in marketing materials be it digital, print, video or other media.
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
